As the Head of Strategy at the University of Minnesota’s student ad agency Backpack, I have gotten the opportunity to work on Greenkey Digital: a marketing software advising company.
Request: We have been tasked with increasing attendance of Jen’s Office Hours and boosting engagement with her website and brand.
Process: This campaign was challenging because of the very specific target audience, and Salesforce rebranding halfway through our campaign ideation.
Solution: As the Strategist, we researched Jen’s target audience and designated LinkedIn Advertisements, organic social posts and a MailChimp email campaign as the most effective ways to reach her consumers.
We increased Jen’s email subscribers by 1,800 new subscribers. Earned over 80,000 impressions over 4 LinkedIn campaigns with an average Click through Rate of 1.18%.
